By downloading, installing, or using the QR & Barcode Scanner app ("the App") developed by NOVAiCORE ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

• These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and contributors.
• By accessing or using the App, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

The QR & Barcode Scanner app provides the following services:

• Creating custom QR codes and barcodes

• Integration with third-party services for enhanced productivity

We strive to continuously improve our services and may add, modify, or remove features at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Appropriate Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the App:

5. Intellectual Property

5.2 Limited License

We grant you a personal, non-commercial, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App on your personal devices in accordance with these Terms.

While we strive for accuracy in scanning and code generation, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy in all conditions. Users should verify important information independently.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NOVAiCORE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

1. Your use of or inability to use the App
2. Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
3. Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App
4. Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the App
5. Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NOVAiCORE, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by You

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

10.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. Any data stored locally on your device will remain until you choose to delete it.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and NOVAiCORE regarding the App and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.
